Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels to create a robust sales pipeline.

Client Outreach : Engage with prospects through effective communication techniques to introduce our services and value propositions.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to strategize and implement lead nurturing techniques and follow-up processes.

Data Management : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking lead status and progress.

Market Research : Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and share insights with the team.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and how we can best serve them.

Feedback and Improvement : Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role is required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.

Target-Driven : Ability to work towards and achieve set targets and KPIs.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to develop relationships and network effectively.

Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to analyze information and provide viable solutions.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
