Salary Range : $58,500 to $60,000

Duties and Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Additional Requirements : Sound knowledge of counseling, including employment counseling, and supervisory techniques. Ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with the trainee population. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR / First Aid certification. Good organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment. In addition, an individual must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
