• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Following care plans and guidelines to meet each client’s unique needs.
