- Sell residential and investment properties to new and existing clients
- Promote our property management services to investor clients
- Build long-term relationships with real estate investors

- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless client service
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Active real estate license in Tennessee and/or Georgia is required
- Experience in sales, business development, or investment real estate
- Strong interest in property management and portfolio growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your book of business
- Familiarity with local market trends and investment strategies
