Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with a professional and helpful attitude
• Provide accurate pricing and generate timely, detailed quotations
• Process sales and invoices efficiently and accurately
• Answer product, service, and availability inquiries with confidence and accuracy
• Assist with inventory organization and validation to ensure product availability
• Monitor service quality and response time to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Train and mentor team members on best practices, system use, and customer engagement
• Promote a customer-first mindset and foster a positive, service-oriented culture
• Collaborate with other departments on inventory, risk / opportunity assessment, and process improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals
