We’re Hiring! Sales Representative for Window Cleaning Services

Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for sales and quality service? We’re looking for you! join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales .

Fish Window Cleaning is a trusted provider of professional window cleaning services.

We have FT and PT positions available / Flexible work schedule.

Full-Time Position : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, M-F

Part-Time Position : 2 to 3 days per week, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, M-F or similar schedule

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct door-to-door sales. Visit stores, shops, and commercial businesses to offer free estimates for window cleaning services.
  • Engage with potential customers, explain service benefits, and close deals.
  • Follow up consistently on all estimates delivered to close sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide accurate pricing and service details to customers.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset .
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Reliable transportation to visit potential clients. (preferred but not required). Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Willingness to work in the field and visit various businesses.

    • Compensation :

  • Base salary + sales commissions. Base salary $600 weekly + commissions 10% (initial proposal). Commission percentage can increase up to 15%.
