Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

StartDate : 12 / 14 / 2025 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1650.00 - $2400.00

PT with 2+ years and home-care experience needed. ME license and BLS(AHA) required. Occasional weekend coverage may be required. EMR : Epic- remote client. Dress code is any color scrubs or business casual (no jeans).

Physical Therapist, Home Health

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : PT-ME

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Must have home care experience
