The planned scope for this Associate will be to support operational activities within the Talent (HR) organization, including forecast submission, stakeholder deliverables and ROI analyses. Successful candidates have a commitment toward action, have exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. The position can be based in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, CA, and will report to the Manager, Fp&A, Talent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating monthly and quarterly Talent (HR) reconciliations for forecast vs. actuals.
• Tracking and maintaining financial and headcount budget movements across all Talent departments.
• Supporting scenario modeling analysis to inform internal decision-making.
• Building management reporting and other deliverables for the Talent / HR function.
• Supporting ad hoc reporting and analytical projects.
• Owning the operational processes related to headcount planning and people cost forecasting for Talent / HR and helping to identify key trends, variance drivers, R&Os, and other meaningful analyses.

Qualifications

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000-240,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
