Job Description :
Pay Range : $137hr - $142hr
- The Data Scientist leads the development and implementation of complex data science models to drive business insights and operational impact.
- This role translates business needs into well-defined data science problems, selects appropriate models and algorithms, and communicates results and implications to stakeholders.
- The Data Scientist partners closely with business leaders, mentors junior team members, and applies advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
Requirement / Must Have :

Job-related experience of eight years, or six years with a Master’s degree, or three years with a Doctorate degree.Minimum of five years of experience in data modeling.Experience collaborating across multiple lines of business and with senior leadership.Experience managing or overseeing complex analytics projects and programs.Responsibilities :
Lead development and maintenance of advanced quantitative models and analytical tools.Translate business analysis needs into clearly defined data science problems and solutions.Select appropriate algorithms, evaluate models, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.Develop and revise models to predict business demand trends, forecasts, capacity analysis, and other key metrics.Perform advanced analysis on complex datasets and deliver customized reports and recommendations.Create and maintain process models, documentation, and business artifacts supporting technical architecture.Collaborate with leaders and partners on cross-functional initiatives and analytics projects.Develop deep understanding of business drivers and financial levers to support strategic decisions.Maintain detailed project schedules and work plans for analytics initiatives.Skills :
Machine learning and algorithm development.Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including probability, linear algebra, calculus, and statistical inference.Programming proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.Experience with model evaluation, optimization, and feature engineering.Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences.Ability to present insights through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.Understanding of domain-specific data and analytics applications preferred.Qualification And Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Advanced degree preferred in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.Experience with data science tools and technologies such as Pandas, machine learning frameworks, big data platforms, and cloud computing environments preferred.
