Lead / Sr Full Stack Developer

Location : 100% REMOTE

Duration : 6-12 Months Contract

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of development experience, specializing in component-based development and single-page applications (SPA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, C#, ReactJS, TypeScript, and SQL, along with application migration experience and proficiency in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and DevOps.

Responsibilities :

As a technical leader, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications, guiding the team through modernization and cloud migration projects while ensuring best practices in DevOps, containerization, and CI / CD workflows.

Required Skills & Experience :

10+ years of full stack development experience, with strong proficiency in :

Frontend : ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), component-based development

Backend : .NET Core / C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs

Database : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (query optimization, stored procedures)

7+ years of experience building single-page applications (SPA).

Cloud & DevOps Expertise :

Cloud Platforms : Azure, AWS

Containerization & Orchestration : Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker

CI / CD Pipelines : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform

Application Migration Experience :

Proven track record in modernizing and migrating legacy applications to the cloud.

Experience with rearchitecting monolithic applications into microservices.

Agile Development & Team Leadership :

Experience leading cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
