Position Summary :
IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 166-unit apartment community located in Napa, California .
Job Duties :
- Strong leasing and marketing efforts
- Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
- Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
