Summary

The Data Entry PRD Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Pilot Record Data (PRD) base, provided to air carriers by the FAA. The specialist registers crew members and all applicable employee training / qualifications documentation. The specialist will use several applications to acquire mandated information for completing the records, and may assist with research of paper records and filing to ensure accurate data entry while providing input to stakeholders related to the PRD.

Minimum Requirements

Combination of education and experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a criminal background check.

Education : High School Diploma / GED

Years of experience : Minimum one (1) year experience with airline and aviation?related documentation systems or recordkeeping / data entry and auditing experience in a similar industry.

Preferred Requirements

Associates Degree and / or equivalent work experience.

Office : The team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May work various shifts / days in a 24?hour situation. Regular attendance is required. Exposure to moderate noise, temperature, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer terminal for extended periods. Some travel may be required.
