Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee the accounting function and strengthen financial infrastructure in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full accounting function including AP / AR, GL, close, and reporting

Lead month-end / year-end close and deliver accurate financials

Develop and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Accounting experience with at least 2 years in a controller or senior accounting role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of healthcare finance including Medicaid / Medicare billing

Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks

Familiarity with state and federal tax compliance and external audits
