About Us
At Smile Clinic Colorado, we believe that every patients experience starts at the front desk. Our Patient Care Coordinators are the heart of our officeensuring smooth check-ins, managing patient documentation, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
What Youll Do
Greet patients with a friendly smile and ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed.
Check in patients using Curve dental software, update records, and collect necessary documentation.
Verify and update insurance and medical history annually, ensuring accurate patient information.
Manage patient wait times, keeping them informed and comfortable with snacks and refreshments.
Collect payments for treatments, ensuring a smooth and professional financial transaction.
Work closely with assistants and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow.
What Were Looking For
A people person with a warm, professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skillsyoull be handling patient check-ins, documents, and payments.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure.
Experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or front office rolesis a plus!
Proficiency with Curve software(or willingness to learn).
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy practices.
Big Plus for us : Bilingual (Spanish / English)
