Operating Engineer

LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is seeking Operating Engineers to support the operations and maintenance of the newly constructed central plant in North Liberty, IA.

Must be willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts.

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience and ability to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and troubleshoot related HVAC and power plant equipment during operations as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.

Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of central plant operation / maintenance or related building maintenance experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain an EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration certification

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
