[job_card.job_description]Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care Current OH licensure Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities An interest in ENT services and procedures A valid driver's license is required 22 days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidays + CEU days and dollars Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA 401k match & life insurance Regular business hours no nights or weekends A culture that values solutions and encourages growth

As a Nurse Practitioner, you ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely.
What You ll Do :
- Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians
- Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
- Actively listen to patients concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
- Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
- Perform in-office procedures tailored to patient needs
- Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
