Required Skills:

• CRCST or CSPDT certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at Level I or II hospital facilities
• Proficiency with sterilizer equipment, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic devices (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow strict sterilization protocols
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with advanced sterilization equipment
• Previous experience in emergency or relief team scenarios
• Familiarity with hospital infection control standards
• Additional certifications in healthcare sterilization or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in sterile processing preferred
• At least two years of relevant experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Able to work the mid-shift (14:00 - 22:30) on a 5x8 schedule
• Willing to be assigned to an emergency response team if necessary
• No first-time travelers; must have a trackable work history with no cancellations
