Job Description

About the Role

We’re hiring individuals with strong people skills who can help families review their protection needs. This remote role includes warm lead inflow, leadership-track mentorship, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct consultations

Review needs and goals

Offer recommended protection options

Assist clients with applications

Maintain follow-up communication

Requirements

State license or willingness to obtain

Requirements

Requirements : Must be a U.S. citizen. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training is provided).
