As the Director of Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects for our restaurant company. You will be responsible for managing the construction process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality restaurant spaces.

Project Management: Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability throughout the construction process.
Contractor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality workmanship.
Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
