Education And Publications Coordinator

We're hiring an Education And Publications Coordinator on behalf of one of our leading technical institution clients to help support continuing education and member programs. This is a contract-to-hire role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support continuing education, conventions, and online academy
  • Manage inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route complex questions
  • Upload rosters and ensure accurate certification reporting
  • Learn and manage LMS and certification systems
  • Handle administrative tasks (books, emails, payments)

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox
  • Webinar experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with varied communication styles

    • Compensation : $24.00-$26.00 / hour Benefits : Medical / Dental / Vision Please feel free to apply if you are interested in learning more!
