We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic and fast-paced Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing innovative solutions to complex tax issues. The Tax Senior will play a crucial role in tax planning, compliance, and preparation, leveraging their expertise in tax law and accounting. Responsibilities

As a Tax Senior, you will be expected to :

1. Manage and coordinate tax audits, ensuring all tax returns are accurate and compliant with local, state, and federal tax laws.

2. Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, identifying potential tax liabilities and ensuring accurate tax provision.

3. Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios and optimize their tax positions.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and communicate relevant changes to the team and clients.

5. Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual tax reports, ensuring all deadlines are met.

6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline tax processes and improve overall efficiency.

7. Provide training and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Tax Senior role should possess :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong emphasis on tax compliance and preparation.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them in various business scenarios.

4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to scrutinize large volumes of data and identify key trends and patterns.

5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.

6. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant IT tools.

7. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

8. A strong commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
