A company is looking for a Bilingual French / English Customer Service Agent to provide high-level customer service solutions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
At least one year of high-volume call center experience
Must be fluent in both English and French
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office
Experience with automatic dialers and both inbound and outbound call environments
Must have a pleasant phone demeanor and strong customer service skills
