A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to manage the onboarding process for new Employee Benefits groups in the small case market.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and confirm sold case information from sales, producers, and customers
Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools
Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
Experience in project management, benefits administration, or customer service
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Familiarity with contract setup and billing processes
