Description

RN– Long Term Care at Providence Child Center in Portland, Oregon. This posting represents a part time nigh shift position.

Our Long-Term Care unit within the Child Center has a total of 46 beds, serving both pediatric and adult patients. We care for a unique and diverse population of medically fragile individuals, ranging from children with complex developmental and neurological conditions to adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Some of our residents require long-term ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and all require some assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is deeply committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a nurturing environment.

Our unit is known for its exceptional continuity of care, with many caregivers having long tenures and deep relationships with our residents and families. Extra Incentives :

• Night shift differential – $4.00 p / hr

Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for resident, according to the individualized needs of the resident, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
