Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resources functions for a growing, multi-state organization of just under 300 employees. This role is hands-on and broad in scope, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive workplace culture. We are seeking candidates with experience in the hospitality and / or hotel industry where customer experience is of the highest priority.
You'll partner closely with leadership and managers, providing guidance, structure, and practical HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Manage safety programs, workers' compensation, and risk management initiatives
- Administer benefits programs and act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing, hiring, and workforce planning
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices and employee issues
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies
- Support and promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience preferredExperience supporting a multi-location or statewide workforce strongly preferredSolid knowledge of employment law, benefits, safety, and workers' compensationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to be kind, approachable, and firm when neededConfident communicator able to work effectively with employees at all levelsMeet Your Recruiter
