Client Experience Director

A company is looking for a Director, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive client experience strategy

Act as a liaison with the Executive Leadership team to enhance client-centric culture and provide insights on client experience

Analyze client feedback and implement process improvements to enhance client interactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field preferred

10+ years of leadership experience

10+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in consulting or industry roles

Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with stakeholders

Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the US (less than 50%)
