Job Title : Human Resources Manager

Location : Charlotte, North Carolina

Type : Full Time

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the design, modernization, and implementation of training strategies that empower employees and strengthen leadership across the organization.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for all levels of the organization.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives and employee growth strategies.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee training metrics, compliance, and reporting.
  • Manage annual training budgets and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise seasonal or part-time training staff and support broader HR initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication and development programs.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in learning program design and delivery for technical and soft skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
