Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the design, modernization, and implementation of training strategies that empower employees and strengthen leadership across the organization.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for all levels of the organization.
- Lead leadership development initiatives and employee growth strategies.
- Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and implement innovative solutions.
- Oversee training metrics, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage annual training budgets and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise seasonal or part-time training staff and support broader HR initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication and development programs.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.6–8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on training and development.Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Expertise in learning program design and delivery for technical and soft skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, and HRIS systems.Ability to manage projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Benefits We Offer
