Key Responsibilities
Organize legal documents and create new matters using legal software
Research and compose responses to inquiries from insureds, claimants, attorneys, and regulatory agencies
Schedule hearings and depositions for attorneys and maintain files
Required Qualifications
2 years of legal secretarial experience or 1 year as a Legal Secretary Trainee
High school diploma required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and legal document preparation
Ability to work in-office with occasional remote work opportunities
