Integrated Behavioral Health of Baton Rouge is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to join our local outpatient center in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA. At Integrated Behavioral Health, we specialize in caring for children, adolescents, and adults coping with a wide of psychological conditions by providing coordination of care with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the most up-to-date alternative treatments.

As a Psychiatrist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral health and psychological disorders.

This role also includes quarterly bonus incentives.

The salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
