What You’ll Do:

• Lead diagnostic and complex repair work with precision and efficiency

• Mentor and support junior technicians

• Ensure quality control and uphold safety standards

• Work closely with service advisors to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• ASE Master Certification (preferred) or strong equivalent experience

• Proven track record as a senior/lead automotive technician

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Leadership mindset with the ability to train and mentor

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
