Senior Requirements Management Analyst, DOORS (USCG / DHS / DOD)

THOR Solutions is actively seeking a senior-level Requirements Management Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s Ship Design Team (SDT) in Washington, D.C .

In this role, the candidate will utilize expertise with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) , or other similar requirements systems, to implement and manage shipbuilding program’s requirements and processes.

An ideal candidate will have at least six years of prior experience using DOORS in a USCG, DHS, DOD, or other shipbuilding environment.

Typical Responsibilities :

• Implements enterprise requirements management information systems – specifically IBM DOORS – usage across shipbuilding programs.
• Executes the implementation of advanced software features such as the Change Proposal System (CPS).
• Manages processes and works with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry.
• Manages requirements database configuration user access, and data baselines.
