Experience & Qualifications Needed :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in an automotive finance-related role
• Strong understanding of automotive lending processes financing products and customer credit profiles
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
• Ability to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership by identifying additional product opportunities such as extended warranties insurance and GAP coverage
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer
