As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you’ll represent Frontier Communications by educating customers on service options and guiding them toward the best-fit plans. The Entry Level Sales Agent role includes structured onboarding, real-time coaching, and a supportive team environment designed to help you master prospecting, presenting, and objection handling.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Sales Agent

• Proactively engage prospective customers as part of the Frontier outreach campaign, sparking interest in high-speed fiber internet and digital service solutions.
• Conduct targeted market research to uncover new leads and understand customer preferences, tailoring your outreach to match Frontier’s diverse audience.
• Master the skill of presenting Frontier’s service features and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm, helping customers see the value in every offering.
• Build authentic customer relationships by actively listening and offering personalized Frontier service recommendations that inspire trust and drive conversions.
• Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and service outcomes in Frontier’s CRM system to support campaign tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and contribute to the overall success of Vega Innovations’ Frontier campaign.
