We’re seeking a Business Analyst for Louisville, KY. This role is a multi-faceted role in that it includes operational aspects such as data file loading, manipulation, data anomaly reconciliation and will gain detailed knowledge of how all of the 3rd party systems function and also working interchangeably. Additionally, this role will play a key part of new client onboarding and directing the specifics of new implementations, while maintaining a strong list of base support items. Essential Functions Work with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and initiatives.Create functional and technical specifications adhering to standards.Write clear and concise system documentation.Present solutions to the stakeholders and facilitate the iterative refinement of the requirements. Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas.Perform system and regression testing on all projects.Create and lead initiatives for special projects.Manage constantly changing priorities.Design and implement automated processes whenever possible.Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.Identify potential efficiency improvement opportunities.Maintain a positive attitude and support the company’s Commitment to Excellence. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 2+ years of experience in the following: project management, analysis, and quality assurance Minimum 2 years’ experience in the following: organizational change methods and practices, bench-marking and organizational readiness assessments. Preferred knowledge of application implementation & installation Proven knowledge and experience with computer systems, applications, development, and testing methodologies as they relate to security provisioning and identity managementBusiness Analyst or Project Management Professional certification preferred. Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly motivated and ability to work independently.Ability to work successfully with clients and negotiate priorities.Ability to take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution.Adaptability to work within a dynamic environment.Self-directed, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.A demonstrated track record of working on projects to success following established timelines and budgets.Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately to meet business goals.
