Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles in the sales process.

As a Sales Development Representative at Virtual Staff Labs, you will be responsible for driving growth and generating new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and consistent follow-up to guide them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and implement targeted strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Coordinate qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
