Job Summary : Responsible for directly observing assigned patients. Promptly and effectively communicate with patients, family, nurses, and physicians. Recognize hazards to patient safety and take appropriate action to maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications / Requirements : Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma : GED equivalent or High School certificate. Experience : 1-3 years preferred. CNA LIC

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : American Heart Association CPR Certification BLS & CNA License REQUIRED
