Job Title: Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist

Position Overview:
The Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist provides hands-on, on-site support and training for medical endoscopy equipment within assigned customer locations. This role serves as the primary clinical resource for the sales team and customers, troubleshooting equipment, delivering training, and ensuring proper use and maintenance. The specialist works independently to manage customer equipment and supports additional clients in the region as needed. Reports to the Regional or Zone Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main clinical resource, providing training and support for regional customers.

• Deliver post-sale, in-person support, including equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Monitor repair history, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize equipment issues.

• Conduct case observations and provide continuous staff training.

• Analyze usage data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.

• Assist in improving workflow efficiency and reducing equipment downtime.

• Maintain accurate customer records and support data integration.

• Attend trade shows and follow all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of field sales or clinical experience in GI/pulmonary endoscopy.

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, time management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to train staff, analyze data, and present insights.

• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing customer needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Manual dexterity for equipment handling.

• Ability to stand, talk, hear, and lift 25–50 lbs.

• Close vision for detailed tasks.

Travel:

• Up to 50% travel across the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $59,000.00 base salary, $8,000 KPI plus a company car
