Commercial Project Controller

A company is looking for a Commercial Project Controller.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor, coordinate, and control project financials, ensuring alignment with forecasts and client billings

Support the development of governance, processes, and training materials while assisting in financial project reviews

Oversee cost control systems and implement change control processes to manage project delivery within approved parameters

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, facilities management, business / finance, or equivalent

Minimum of 5+ years in mission-critical construction projects with client-facing responsibilities

Proficiency in budgeting and accounting practices

Ability to operate independently and self-motivate

Experience with financial administration and project controls
