Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner | 3-Day Workweek | Northeastern Iowa

An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks an Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner to join their established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to community growth and need:
• Join a growing team of four ER-NPs
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• One-year inhouse residency for new NP graduates with prior experience in an emergency medicine-type role emergency med RN, critical care paramedic, etc.)
• Tele-emergency medicine support in place with access to Level I Trauma Center physicians through AVEL
• Low patient volume of around 13 patients per day and sleep rooms onsite
• IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
