ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after serving as a military officer and spending 20 years with Pfizer, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork into agency ownership. I attended Hampton University and am married with an adult son. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active through Kappa Psi and involvement within the local community. Our team of four works closely together in an environment built on trust, open communication, and operating in truth and love.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Devon Mack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
