Nuclear Medicine Technologist - (Nuclear Med Tech)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2234.06 - $2447.96

Nuclear Med Tech needed for Okemos, Michigan. M-F 8am - 430pm schedule with no call or weekends. Two years experience and Cardio experience required. Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals (radioactive drugs) to patients for diagnostic imaging or treatment, then operates specialized equipment to create images showing how organs and tissues are functioning. Their duties include explaining procedures, ensuring radiation safety for patients and themselves, maintaining equipment, and documenting the processes. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose conditions and provide crucial data for patient care and research, often working in hospitals, clinics, and labs.
