IT Technical Support Representative III

Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist III is a senior-level technical resource responsible for providing advanced support troubleshooting and operational guidance across the organizations IT Service Desk team. This role serves as an escalation point for

lower-tier technicians leads complex technical resolutions contributes to system administration tasks and liaisons with other technical support groups within the organization. The Specialist III works closely with Systems Administrators Network

Engineers Cybersecurity personnel and business stakeholders to maintain a secure stable and efficient technology environment.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Provide support for hardware software and user account issues.
• Support user onboarding / offboarding processes.
• Mentor Tier I / II technicians and help develop their technical skills.
• Serve as Tier III escalation for support issues related to :

Windows 10 / 11

Intune / MEM for device compliance and application deployment
