Maintenance Person

Main role and priority for thisposition is to repair the drywall ceiling above the guest room shower. It will involve removing the damaged drywall re-taping and mudding the ceiling with extensivesanding to match the surface to the rest of the bathroom ceiling. The last part of the job will be to paint the ceiling. This position will complete the ceiling in 85 rooms. After the rooms are completed the position is eliminated as this job is temporary. The interview process will involve a dry wall repair test.

The Maintenance Person contributes to the hotels commitment to high-quality guest satisfaction and teamwork by safely and efficiently maintaining the property i.e. performs preventative maintenance; repairs on mechanical electrical kitchen and laundry equipment.
