In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering customized life insurance solutions. You'll build lasting relationships, educate clients on their options, and make a meaningful impact on their financial security and peace of mind.

- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Present and explain policy options, benefits, and coverage terms clearly and confidently
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up to close sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
