Were looking for a motivated and driven Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our Farmers Insurance District 75 team. In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering customized life insurance solutions. You'll build lasting relationships, educate clients on their options, and make a meaningful impact on their financial security and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance products
  • Present and explain policy options, benefits, and coverage terms clearly and confidently
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up to close sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred
  • Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire) -Licensing Assistance is Available
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
