SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a general anesthesiologist for a full time position in Central IL. The position is offering around $400k to start. It is open to new graduates or experienced anesthesiologists. It includes full benefits, 9 weeks of vacation, and a flexible $20 Sign on / relocation. Ideal candidates would have interest in staying long term, clean malpractice, and have an active license.

Salary : starts at $400k

Partnership Track : 2 years

Vacation : 9 weeks

Benefits : CME, HSA, Health Insurance, 401k matching (after year 1)

Call : 1 / 6 weekdays, roughly one weekend per month

most call is OB

ORs : 11

Cases : Blocks, hearts, general, OB, MRIs

Sign on / Relocation : $20k amount that can be used for either, depending on applicants preference

Credentialing : 3-4 months
