2020 Companies is seeking full-time seasonal Brand Ambassadors to join our team representing our client, Pair Eyewear!

Pay: $23/hr + monthly bonus incentive

Dates: 7/14/25 - 1/28/26

Hours: Mall hours

Location: Pair Eyewear kiosk within a shopping mall

In this full-time temporary role, you'll represent Pair Eyewear at our kiosks in Milford, CT, Providence, RI, or Santa Clarita, CA, engaging with customers, guiding them through our vision test process, and promoting our eyeglasses. With flexible hours, this role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement.

Job Description

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador is to:

• Engage with Potential Customers: Stand by our terminals, actively inviting mall visitors to experience the free eye exam and the Pair kiosk.
• Guide Users Through Vision Tests: Assist customers with the vision test process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Promote Eyewear Purchases: Encourage users to try on and purchase eyeglasses directly on our website after completing the vision test.
• Share Customer Feedback: Report observations and feedback to the commercial team to help improve the user experience.
• Build Relationships: Interact with mall employees and customers to build awareness and rapport.
• Social Media Engagement: Share your Pair Eyewear experiences on personal social media and tag Pair Eyewear to promote our kiosks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer-facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.)
• Always energetic with a big personality and ability to "hype" a group as small as 1, to as large as 100
• Interested in one or more areas in technology, social media, Health & Wellness
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
• Flexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation
