Job Purpose
IWG currently has openings for “Processor” working within our Inside Sales Team.
The Processor will help to support the sales team via report reviews, audits, enquiry reviews, and other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Review leads submitted by form fills to determine if they are viable new enquiries and process them
- Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering good results to support the sales team in achieving targets
- Review spreadsheets to help audit lead quality.
- Support sales in creation of multi deals
- Various duties assigned by management
- Submit and follow up on tickets
- Monitor and maintain various sales and service inboxes
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Pay : $15 hourly, plus excellent benefits and growth opportunities
