Job Title : Histotechnician Profession : Histotechnician Specialty : Laboratory Duration : Full-time Shift : All Shifts Hours per Shift : 40 hours per week Experience : One year of relevant hospital experience in Histology preferred License : NYS Clinical Laboratory Technician License or NYS PA License required Certifications : ASCP preferred Description : Performs designated histological technical procedures using manual and automated techniques. Achieves high quality Pathology slides for review by Pathologists. A degree in Medical Technology or a related science is preferred. Flu vaccines are required with no exemptions.
