Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of clinical laboratory tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following defined protocols.
• Evaluate analytical results for reliability, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and carry out routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collections and prepare samples for subsequent analyses whenever necessary.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of procedures, support the training of new colleagues or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab standards.
• Uphold a safe, organized workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, including preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining.
• Continuous maintenance of certification required during employment.
